Building Up Moms

Encouragement and Support for Christian Stay-at-Home Mothers

Start Here

Hi!

New to the blog?

Came over from social media?

Or perhaps a friend forwarded you a link?

What will you find here?

The main purpose of this blog is to offer encouragement to the weary mom, regardless of the stage or season of her life. Especially Christian stay-at-home-mothers.

For what it is worth, I know how tiring motherhood can be. I also know how depressing it can get trying to maintain a decent home when you have little children around.

BUT …

I also know how privileged we are to be able to stay home and raise our children. And most of all, I know that with God, nothing is impossible!

So,

Where do you want to go from here?

I write to encourage you in your mothering and homemaking calling. So, you will find posts on family, faith, health, homemaking, homeschooling as well as posts of encouragement to urge us to keep on keeping on.

Some posts are practical while others are a call for us to focus on what is important – our walk with the King of Kings, Jesus Christ.

Occasionally I will also share what life in a large homeschooling family is like. Click on the topic you want more information on. Otherwise use the SEARCH BOX liberally!

Let’s get social!

I post almost daily on our Building Up Moms Facebook Page articles from all over the place I find helpful to spur us on in our mothering journey.

For a glimpse into our lives, follow us on Instagram.

And I also pin stuff that I find on the internet on our Building Up Moms Pinterest Board.

So, do follow us on these Social Media platforms. See you there!

Want me to come and encourage your mother’s group?

If you would like me to come and encourage your mother’s group or just a group of friends, click CONTACT SERENE tab at the top of this page and get in touch with me. I would be honoured to be a blessing to your group.
