Child #4’s birthday falls on Saturday (Labour Day) so we are bringing her out for her birthday outing tomorrow (Friday) instead so that we don’t have to jostle with crowds – one of the many benefits of being a homeschooling family 🙂
To show that she is ok with celebrating it earlier and not on the actual day itself, she announces to her siblings at the dinner table :
“Tomorrow is my fake birthday!”
